[01] Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the Platform's interactive features, you establish a binding legal agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms, alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from accessing, registering with, or drawing analysis from VULNSEE's public resources.

[02] Nature of Site Information & Tool Disclaimers

The cyber-security assessment estimators, GRC calculators, compliance readiness scorecards, and insight reports provided on this Platform are for **preliminary educational and operational information mapping only**:

• They do **not** constitute formal professional, legal, or regulatory compliance advisory services.
• Inputs submitted onto public tools are evaluated autonomously and do not provide an officially audited certification (such as ISO, SOC 2, or GDPR compliance).

Formal advisory mandates are established solely via bipartite, custom written Statements of Work (SOW) signed by VULNSEE executives.

[03] Intellectual Property Right Constraints

Unless declared otherwise, all visual dashboards, animations, interactive SVG meshes, cyber nodes, layouts, logos, and custom blog analytics are the exclusive intellectual assets of VULNSEE Advisory Group:

You may download temporary local copies of text summaries solely for individual non-commercial strategic planning. You must not extract, duplicate, or scrape VULNSEE's dynamic UI, animations, stylesheet variables, or visual canvas systems for use in any external application or commercial platform without our prior written consent.

[04] Offensive Activities & Prohibited Site Access

While VULNSEE specializes in security assessments and offense-driven testing for our registered clients under controlled agreements, **unsolicited offensive testing on our public web infrastructure is strictly prohibited**:

• No automated vulnerability scanning, crawling, or directory fuzzing of vulnsee.com is permitted.
• No loading or distribution of payloads, script injections, or brute-forcing of input contact portals is allowed.
• No denial-of-service (DoS) attempts, rate-throttling requests, or payload spoofing is tolerated.

Any unauthorized access or exploitation attempts will be logged and submitted immediately to cyber defense agencies and legal authorities.

[05] Disclaimers & Limits of Liability

THE SERVICE AND ALL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VULNSEE, its partners, and advisors shall not be liable for any indirect, circumstantial, punitive, or consequential damages, including data destruction, loss of operational business capacity, regulatory fines, or system breaches, resulting from your utilization of, or inability to interact with, the public tools or information displayed on this website.

[06] Governance & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations or claims arising out of them shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Israel, without giving effect to conflict of laws principles. Any legal proceedings arising from Platform use shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
